Sr. Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist

Join Casey’s Omnichannel Marketing team as a Senior Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist! As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for leading marketing automation strategies to engage and retain guests. You’ll drive the creation and execution of messaging optimized across Casey’s email, SMS, app inbox, and app push channels. Collaboration with Merchandising, Omni Channel Marketing and Design teams will be integral to deliver impactful campaigns that scale across channels consistently.
What You'll Do:
- Independently partner with Omnichannel Marketing Leadership, Category Managers, and CPG partners to design and implement personalized, targeted, and relevant messaging throughout the guest journey to maximize guest engagement and conversion.
- Lead day-to-day operations of marketing campaign messaging through owned channels, sending 80-100M messages monthly.
- Accountable for driving revenue from Casey’s subscriber channels and automated guest journeys.
- Cultivate and manage vendor partnerships to grow subscriber channel optimization and guest engagement.
- Design and report on optimizations from test and learn activations.
- Deliver personalized campaigns across channels consistently that are seamlessly integrated with product experiences.
- Identify, understand, and analyze metrics related to health of subscriber base, scheduled messaging and automated journeys.
- Conduct and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with leadership. Represent your areas in full team marketing meetings and participate in larger monthly business reviews attended by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Operations.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work-related experience is required.
- At least five years of experience creating and executing digital marketing campaigns leveraging marketing automation tools.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud experience.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing concepts, MarTech tools, data and automation strategy.
- Experience in retail, C-Stores or QSR (Quick Serve Restaurant) preferred.

Compensation
Starting pay range: $74,200 - $97,350. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
