- Ability to work scheduled shifts. All shifts begin at 6 am.
- Training/Work week is 5 days a week with the week starting Monday. Saturday and Sunday are a must both during training and once certified. Must be able to work continuously at a quick pace and be on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time with minimal down time. Strong stamina is essential.
- Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs.
- Must be able to work in areas where ambulant temperatures are above normal.
- Must be able to follow corporate guidelines for personal hygiene and uniform standards.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Comfortable to speak to guest in an engaging conversation as well as confidence to rectify any issues.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Computer skills to navigate POS and online platforms such as Hot Schedules and Craftable.
- Possess the required food safety and liquor serving certification.
- Engage with staff in a professional demeanor and attitude. No foul language
