What Will You Be Doing?
- Use independent judgment designing, modifying, and executing test scripts for comprehensive coverage.
- Identify and document defects.
- Support the organization with initial compliance and ongoing preparation, testing, and monitoring of conformance to established quality assurance processes and standards for production.
- Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
- Recommends improvements in testing methodologies, strategies, and processes.
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams in identifying risk, evaluating deficiencies, and creating solutions.
- Mentor and provide training, guidance, and oversight to junior analysts, as needed.
- Customarily and regularly influences software design.
- Drive test plan and participate in design reviews.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in testing (gaming, casino operations, mobile, or digital experience preferred).
- Proficient knowledge of quality metrics, KPIs, and auditing processes.
- Ability to identify and report defects via black-box testing methodology with advanced-level root cause analysis.
- Advanced level of risk identification as it relates to testing software and risk mitigation/elimination strategy creation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create test plans for complex software features.
- Proficient understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Proficient understanding of PC components or product-related hardware components.
- Ability to build an end-to-end test plan for review, ensuring the highest level of quality.
- Solid knowledge of bug tracking, source code control, and code debuggers.
- Proficiency with C++, Java, or equivalent object-oriented language.
- Proficiency with JIRA and XRAY
- Working knowledge of reading T-SQL
