Requirements


  • 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
  • Strong full-cycle construction recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple openings
  • Comfortable working fully onsite in Charlotte
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
