The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment process for hourly and salaried positions across the organization. This role partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract and assess talent, and support successful hiring outcomes. The Recruiter plays a key role in building talent pipelines, providing an excellent candidate experience, and helping the organization meet its workforce needs.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and support recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, schools, and other recruiting channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and community outreach activities.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to talent acquisition.

Required Skills & Education

  • Typically requires a bachelors degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field with 3+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Manufacturing or technical recruiting experience is required.
  • Experience recruiting for both hourly and salaries positions is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
  • Experience with behavioral based interviewing is preferred.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, combined with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and Indeed Sourcing and LinkedIn tools.
