Are you a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple searches, and seeing your work directly impact an organization’s growth?

Must be able to work in Radnor initially, with the position relocating to Philadelphia in the near future.

Real estate and property management experience is a plus, but not required. We are also interested in recruiters with experience supporting operations, accounting, finance, corporate, or other professional services environments.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for site-level, operational, and corporate positions, including Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Leasing Professionals, Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians, and other roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews through the offer stage.
  • Assist with offer preparation, presentations, and candidate acceptance.
  • Track recruiting activity and provide regular updates on open positions.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.

Onboarding & New Hire Support

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements, including background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding documentation.
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding schedules.

HR & Administrative Support

  • Support the VP of Human Resources with recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting, hiring, and onboarding records.
  • Assist with employee engagement, workforce planning, and other HR projects.
  • Help ensure recruiting and hiring practices remain consistent with company policies and employment regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership and hiring managers.

Preferred Experience

  • Recruiting experience in operations, accounting, finance, property management, maintenance, or corporate functions.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and new hire integration.
  • Experience working in a multi-site or growing organization.
  • Paylocity experience is a plus!
