What You'll Do

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
• Create visualizations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Transform business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and ad hoc analysis as needed.
  
  

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify:
• Trends
• Risks
• Opportunities
• Performance gaps
• Support root cause investigations and operational improvement initiatives.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a meaningful and understandable format.

Data Management & Automation

• Write and maintain SQL queries and data transformations.
• Automate recurring reports and dashboards to improve efficiency.
• Support data integration and reporting processes.
• Validate data quality through audits, testing, and reconciliation activities.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Supply Chain teams and business stakeholders.
• Support KPI development and ongoing performance tracking.
• Assist in identifying analytics solutions that improve business performance.
• Evaluate emerging business intelligence and AI-driven analytics tools.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant analytical experience
• Working knowledge of Power BI, including:
• Dashboard Development
• Data Modeling
• DAX
• Power Query
• Data Visualization Best Practices
• Foundational to intermediate SQL experience.
• Understanding of:
• Relational Databases
• Data Modeling Concepts
• Business Intelligence Reporting
• Experience developing:
• KPI Scorecards
• Operational Reports
• Business Intelligence Solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience validating data quality and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365:
• Excel
• Outlook
• Word
• PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Exposure to Supply Chain functions, including:
• Procurement
• Strategic Sourcing
• Inventory Management
• Logistics
• Supplier Management
• Experience with SAP ECC or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with:
• Purchase Orders
• Purchase Requests
• Inventory Transactions
• Supplier Data
• Material Master Data
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with:
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• Coursework or project experience involving:
• Statistical Analysis
• Forecasting
• Trend Analysis
• Predictive Analytics
• Interest in AI-assisted analytics and reporting tools.

Pay Details: $42.48 per hour
