About The Opportunity

Our client is a global manufacturer seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team. This role will focus heavily on full-cycle recruiting, pipeline development, and partnering with hiring managers to keep the recruitment process moving efficiently.

Recruiter Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interviews, feedback, and offer stages.
• The Recruiter will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for open positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify qualified candidates.
• The Recruiter will drive the recruitment process forward by scheduling interviews, following up for feedback, and coordinating next steps.
• Proactively engage hiring managers and address delays or roadblocks to prevent losing qualified candidates.
• The Recruiter will maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity within the SAP ATS.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications Of The Recruiter Role

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
• Experience using an ATS, with SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently manage hiring manager relationships.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong focus on recruiting and pipeline development.
