ACARI Management Group Inc is looking for a driven and passionate Sustainability Manager to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide sustainability strategies and programs
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, including energy use, waste reduction, and carbon footprint
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into daily operations
• Lead sustainability audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Engage stakeholders, vendors, and partners to promote ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals
• Prepare and present sustainability reports and updates to senior leadership
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sustainability management, environmental compliance, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, green certifications, and environmental regulations
• Experience with sustainability reporting tools and data analysis
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about environmental stewardship
