Job Description
Provides specialized expertise in a specific field, working independently and leading projects of moderate risk and complexity. Mentors junior staff or manages projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. Possesses strong problem-solving skills to provide professional advice and solutions that align with and support the organization’s broader goals.
Drives measurable business outcomes by amplifying online presence and optimising performance across digital channels, including Search (paid and organic), Social, Programmatic, Addressable media, and E‑commerce platforms. Develops and executes data‑driven strategies to improve visibility, engagement, conversion, and return on investment through targeted, personalised, and automated media delivery.
Leverages performance data, audience signals, and real‑time insights to optimise media activations, including programmatic buying, bidding strategies, targeting, and budget allocation. Navigates dynamic digital ecosystems to refine search and activation strategies, ensure efficient use of media spend, and continuously improve outcomes across the full performance funnel. 90,000-100,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
