As Manager, Talent Acquisition (Corporate), you will play a key role in shaping this journey. You will partner closely with business leaders across North America to attract and hire top corporate talent while contributing to broader strategic initiatives, including employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment innovation.

The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for delivering best-in-class recruitment across corporate functions in North America, ensuring alignment with business priorities while driving efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.

New York Salary: $131,000 – $162,000 commensurate with experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.

As Manager, Talent Acquisition (Corporate), you will play a key role in shaping this journey. You will partner closely with business leaders across North America to attract and hire top corporate talent while contributing to broader strategic initiatives, including employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment innovation.
Your Role As Manager, Talent Acquistion Corporate
The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for delivering best-in-class recruitment across corporate functions in North America, ensuring alignment with business priorities while driving efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across NAM, including Sales, Marketing, Retail Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Merchandising, and E-commerce
- Manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire and time-to-fill
- Act as liaison with Global Recruitment Operations Team
- Build deep, consultative partnerships with hiring managers to understand business needs, team dynamics, and hiring challenges
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including pipeline building and engagement of passive talent
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market research
- Conduct market mapping and talent pooling to support ongoing and future hiring needs
- Leverage data, metrics, and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and improve outcomes
- Partner with HR, Talent, Systems, and Global TA teams on key initiatives such as employer branding, candidate experience, and process improvements
- Support and lead projects aimed at enhancing recruitment effectiveness and strengthening Pandora’s employer brand
- Drive accountability for recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction
- Champion best practices in recruitment, continuously improving processes and ways of working
- Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 6+ years of corporate recruitment experience
- Proven experience hiring across multiple corporate functions (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, etc.)
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and provide consultative support
- Experience contributing to or leading recruitment-related projects and initiatives
- Experience mentoring or supporting development of team members
- Strong experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making
- Experience working within an ATS (SuccessFactors highly preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Data-driven mindset and analytical capabilities
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- High energy, adaptability, and resilience
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
