Our HR team plays a key role in building strong teams by connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities. As a Virtual Recruiter, you’ll help drive our hiring efforts through candidate sourcing, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers to support our continued growth.

Our HR team plays a key role in building strong teams by connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities. As a Virtual Recruiter, you’ll help drive our hiring efforts through candidate sourcing, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers to support our continued growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage open roles and coordinate with hiring managers
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews
- Handle background checks, drug screenings, and offer letters in the ATS
- Track hiring progress and recruiting expenses
- Create reports and assist with HR projects as needed
- 6 months to 1 year recruiting experience (required)
- Familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRIS
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, video)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and creative for hard-to-fill roles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Full-time, typically Monday–Friday.
- Hybrid role: remote work, office time, and participation in job fairs as needed.
- Base Pay: $45,000 to $55,000 (annually) + commission
