We are seeking an electrical/mechanical Technician to perform a wide variety of tasks requiring mechanical assembly, and electrical test skills to support the NGI Assembly, Test and Launch Operations (ATLO) Group in Louisville, CO.

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to assemble complex mechanical and electrical components into a final product while following work instructions.
- Able to read and comprehend information from 3D Models, engineering drawings, schematics, parts lists, test procedures, wiring connection lists, and other information and documentation.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to obtain solder certification.
- Ability to work shifts in ISO7 cleanroom environment.
- Ability to support shift work (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), extended shifts, weekend work, and overtime as needed for a 24/7 test operation.
- Must possess an Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance.

Summary Of Key Duties For This Position
- Manufacture spacecraft, spacecraft subsystems, and flight hardware components and assemblies
- Test spacecraft, spacecraft subsystems, and flight hardware components and assemblies including test set up, test execution, and result reporting
- Build, operate, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical ground support equipment.
- Inventory and inspect parts for compliance with work instructions and other documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify, define, and solve problems.
- Work in a team centered environment while implementing Continuous Process Improvements.
- Experience in optical instrument/sensor assembly and test environment.
- Experience in spacecraft or missile assembly, environmental test, and launch operations.
- Experience in aviation operations, automotive repair, and/or relevant military experience.
- A&P License and/or ASE Master Technician Certifications
- Experience with overhead crane operations, personnel aerial lifting devices (scissor and boom lifts), and forklift operations
- Experience with general test and measurement equipment
- Experience in assembly and maintenance of complex mechanisms.
- Experience in textile/canvas repair and upholstery/tailoring
