As a digital media specialist on the Direct Media team, you'll focus on the end-to-end media planning and buying activities in the Out-of-Home (OOH) and print media channels. You'll work closely with senior media buyers to support and scale channel optimization including maximizing investments and added value elements. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with internal business partners to report performance, align media strategy with business goals, and drive conversion.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters (300 North Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, Ohio) roughly one to two times per year.

Must-have Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of six years related marketing or digital media experience
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years related marketing or digital media experience

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge and experience of media buying principles (rates, insertion orders, flighting, deadlines, invoice and billing reconciliations)
  • Media planning and buying experience: supporting or executing buys across traditional or digital media channels (print, OOH, or similar)
  • Comfortable coordinating with internal creative teams, external publishers, and vendors
  • Detail‑oriented approach to proofing, approvals, and placement verification
  • Ability to track and follow up on deliverables, deadlines, and confirmations

Compensation

  • $61,300 - $81,700/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
