The Role
- Build and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract exceptional active and passive candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and craft compelling offers.
- Ensure a legendary candidate experience, reflecting the company's culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide valuable market and talent insights to influence hiring strategies and guide decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in recruiting and sourcing top-tier talent.
- A driven, positive attitude with the ability to navigate and overcome recruitment challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing hiring leaders and partners across all levels.
