What You'll Do

- A degree from a top university
- 0-2 years of professional experience, with no prior sourcing background required
- A competitive, high-energy approach and resilience in a high-volume role
- Sharp written communication and a talent for getting busy people to reply
- A high degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously

What You'll Do
- Build targeted pipelines of engineering and go-to-market candidates through outbound sourcing.
- Write outreach that earns responses from busy, in-demand people.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate on profiles and refine search strategy.
- Track pipeline health and conversion, then feed what you learn back into how we target.
- Give every candidate a fast, thoughtful first impression of PointOne.
