Junior Data Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

Careerscape is hiring a Junior Data Analyst for a hybrid, full-time position based in Charlotte, NC, with a data-driven organization. You'll collect, clean, and analyze data — building the reports and dashboards that help teams make smarter decisions. A great early-career role with mentorship, room to grow, and a hybrid schedule.

COMPENSATION

$58,000–$72,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a full benefits package.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources

- Build and maintain reports and dashboards

- Analyze trends and summarize findings for stakeholders

- Support data quality and integrity initiatives

- Assist with ad hoc analysis requests

- Present insights in clear, non-technical terms

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Able to work a hybrid schedule from the Charlotte office

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

- Exposure to Python or R

- Prior internship or project work in analytics
