People & Talent Partner (NY)

We're looking for our first NY-based People & Talent Partner to help build and scale our growing U.S. team. This role is primarily focused on Talent Acquisition, owning end-to-end recruitment across GTM roles while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent.

About The Role

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and build top talent pipelines.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Drive employee experience and engagement initiatives.
  • Act as the local People team representative for the New York site.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a startup, B2B, high-growth tech company.
  • Experience recruiting across GTM functions - Must
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on builder who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with onboarding, HRBP, or People Operations - an advantage.

Compensation Information

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $170,000

ֿJob level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location.
