MAC Cosmetics North America is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Coordinator to support their Marketing, GTM & Retailer Marketing, & Consumer Engagement Teams.

GENERAL
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $60,424.00 to $95,186.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. MAC Cosmetics North America is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Coordinator to support their Marketing, GTM & Retailer Marketing, & Consumer Engagement Teams.
Key Responsibilities
GENERAL
- Manage inventory systems to ensure accurate tracking and availability of marketing and event materials
- Place vendor POs and manage vendor invoicing process to ensure timely payment
- Place No Charge products orders
- Supply Closet Maintenance: categorizing, labeling, and restocking assets for easy access and team efficiency
- Submit Price forms for new and existing products
- Organize + track NPL marketing samples
- Submit Mix of Business re-categorizations
- Coordinate and issue monthly NPL Calendar
- Ship product comps and samples to vendors + Retail Partners
- VM Assortment File Management: Maintain Excel files across all VM formats with assortment adds/deletes, SRP changes, final product + shade names final product shade flows
- VM Prototype / Production Coordination: Request + prepare tester samples for VM display reviews, upload of packaging engineering files from Global
- Market Meeting Coordination: Support with bi-annual retail partner meetings, including product + supplies orders, room set-up, gratis shipments, food & beverage orders
- Set up product/sample reservations
- Retrieve and upload marketing assets from the DAM system to press-facing platforms, ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-aligned delivery for media use.
- Event Execution: Assist with press events, including guest list management, RSVPs, on-site coordination, and post-event media follow-up.
- Mailer Coordination: Support the development and distribution of influencer/media mailers - ensuring on-brand packaging, personalization, and timely tracking
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Comfortable with mid-level Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, IF statements, conditional formatting, and basic pivot tables
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
- Experience with spreadsheets, data entry, and eCommerce
- Previous work with marketing, PR, or retail teams
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Hybrid: On-site 3-4 days per week; remainder may be remote. Must be available during EST business hours
