Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Blockchain Developer on behalf of our client in Austin, TX or Westlake, TX. We are looking for an experienced blockchain professional with a strong background in crypto platform development, digital asset infrastructure, and distributed systems. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and enhance secure blockchain-based solutions while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to build scalable and innovative financial technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications and services.
• Build and enhance digital asset platforms, crypto wallets, and transaction processing systems.
• Integrate applications with multiple blockchain networks and protocols.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain solutions.
• Implement and support institutional-grade digital asset custody solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver reliable blockchain capabilities.
• Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform reliability and efficiency.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on blockchain and cryptocurrency platform development experience.
• Proven experience integrating applications with multiple blockchain networks.
• Experience implementing institutional custody solutions.
• Hands-on experience building crypto wallets, transaction engines, or digital asset platforms.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, distributed systems, and security best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative hybrid environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise-scale blockchain platforms.
• Familiarity with digital asset security, custody, and transaction lifecycle management.
• Experience developing scalable, high-availability distributed applications.
• Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, testing methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
