For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Account Management to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Account Management team, setting performance standards
- Represent the Account Management practice to ensure operational excellence
- Drive engagement with regulated asset issuers and financial institutions
- Identify and pitch growth opportunities to existing partners, structuring relevant deals
- Provide insights on market trends and regulatory shifts to inform growth strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partners' scaling efforts
- Educate partners on the technical benefits of the the company network
- 10+ years of experience in business development or account management in financial services or capital markets
- Deep knowledge of traditional asset lifecycle including issuance and trading
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and asset tokenization
- Proven ability to engage and manage complex institutional relationships
- Strong strategic thinking skills to identify emerging opportunities in blockchain
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
