Backend Developer

Who we are:

Go Offer is an AI-native company founded in the US by alumni from Google, Yandex, TikTok, and YCombinator. We process thousands of job listings daily, track client outcomes across hundreds of job searches, and make product decisions based on data — not gut feelings. Analytics is how we know what's working and where to push next.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain the core automation engine — AI agents that apply to jobs on LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Workday, and other platforms
• Write self-improving parsers and scrapers that collect and structure job market data at scale
• Design APIs and async workflows that connect AI agents, databases, and client-facing systems
• Improve system reliability, observability, and performance across a growing microservices architecture
• Work with LLM APIs to build and refine AI-powered features across the platform

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 4+ years of backend development experience
• Is strong in Python — async frameworks, clean architecture, testable code
• Understands how the web works at a protocol level — HTTP, APIs, browser behavior, rate limiting
• Has solid database fundamentals across SQL and NoSQL
• Has worked with or is deeply curious about AI tools — Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar

Nice to have:

• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or browser automation
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or OpenAI AgentSDK
• Experience with Docker, cloud deployments, or distributed systems
