Full Stack Developer II
This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, Tennessee. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.
Position Overview
Designs, codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle. Provides the necessary documentation. Works with databases, APIs, servers, networks and various programming languages. Works independently on moderately complex projects. Collaborates across teams and may mentor junior developers. Contributes to technical decisions within the team.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Designs software code using multiple programming languages.
- Tests newly developed software code.
- Documents code per the Company's processes.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, vendors, user focus groups and comments, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluates code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all hardware and software.
- Mentor’s junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or directly related work experience
- Three (3) years’ work experience in information technology or engineering. A related advanced degree may offset some of the related work experience requirements
- Strong programming skills
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
- Proven computer/coding skills in multiple languages
- Analytical, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills and ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with professionals from a range of technical and non-technical backgrounds
- Hours may vary due to operational need
- Experience working with applications leveraging SAML, OIDC, and/or OAuth
- Experience with Salesforce APEX code
- Experience with Salesforce administration
- Experience with web-based applications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with other development teams for troubleshooting issues
- Strong background in working with other teams to ensure secure coding practices are followed
