Director, Planning and Performance, Global Partner Organization

For our client, we are seeking a Director Planning And Performance Global Partner Organization to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Santa Clara, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $211,000 – $301,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Act as orchestrator for high-priority initiatives across leaders
• Establish structure and execution for the VP's strategic priorities
• Develop and manage the business operating cadence and planning cycles
• Prepare leadership for critical engagements and presentations
• Ensure quality and timeliness in submission of materials for deadlines
• Foster alignment on priorities and actions among cross-functional teams
• Serve as a business representative and proxy in key meetings
  
  

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business operations, strategy, or program management
• Experience supporting senior executives in cross-functional, global environments
• Proven ability to enhance operational cadence and team alignment
• Skilled in defining KPIs and preparing business reviews
• Preferred experience in sales, partner, go-to-market, or finance teams
