Influencer & Events Coordinator
Apothékary is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Influencer & Events Coordinator to help grow our community from the inside out. This role is responsible for building meaningful influencer relationships, managing our affiliate ecosystem, and producing elevated brand experiences that bring Apothékary to life in the real world. You'll work cross-functionally across brand, social, and retail, and play a key role in shaping how the world discovers and falls in love with our products.

- Manage influencer program across celebrity, nano, macro, mid-tier to increase awareness and affinity for the brand
- Actively source, evaluate, pitch and negotiate strong partnerships with influencers and ambassadors
- Lead outreach, negotiation, contract development and final execution
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, such as the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines
- Manage influencer marketing budget and invoice tracking
- Support key cross-functional partners like retail, DTC, and social on influencer requests.
- Identify top UGC for reposting and paid initiatives
- Ensuring an up to date content library featuring core or new launches content that can be repurposed across various marketing touchpoints
- Manage influencers for in-person and digital events, work with Senior Brand Manager and social team to support team's IRL activations, oversee guests lists and manage influencer led coverage
- With the ever changing landscape, conduct competitive analysis while staying updated with current trends
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Apothékary's community and VIP event programming, including influencer dinners, wellness activations, press moments, and retail partner events
- Ideate and develop event concepts that reflect the brand's Japanese wellness heritage and modern aesthetic, creating experiences that feel distinctly Apothékary
- Research and secure venues, vendors, and partners; manage all logistics from initial brief through post-event wrap-up
- Negotiate financial terms, deliverables, and timelines with third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on messaging, promotional timelines, and on-site content capture; coordinate closely with the social team to ensure every event is documented and amplified
- Develop pre-event briefs and run-of-show documents; serve as the primary on-site point of contact during activations
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in planning and executing VIP influencer and media trips, including concept development, partner coordination, guest experience design, and on-the-ground logistics
- Manage our affiliate program, Superfiliate. Accept new applications and work with our email and social team to promote our program and encourage new sign ups
- Ensure co-branded landing pages are up to date with relevant copy and messaging
- Facilitate regular communications within the affiliate and influencer community, sharing updates, opportunities, and best practices.
- Build a program that feels like a community and incentivizes people to post our products organically.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and outreach strategies
- Report on monthly performance tracking to evaluate the effectiveness of the affiliate program
- Remote role, but must be based within commuting distance of NYC for onsite event support and quarterly meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- At least 2+ years of previous work experience in brand marketing and/or experiential marketing with a proven ability to create an impactful event from start to finish
- Collaborative, hands-on, and willing to support all aspects of event delivery
- Creative, analytical thinker and creative problem solver that thrives in fast paced environment
- Passionate about storytelling through brand marketing
- Passion for health and wellness industry
- Detail oriented with ability to take initiative, prioritize, multitask, and work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite or related software
