This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working closely with manufacturing, fabrication, and product development in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in mechanical design, valve engineering, welding and fabrication processes, SolidWorks, material selection, and workshop/manufacturing support — preferably within the valve, pressure equipment, or industrial manufacturing industry.

  • Support valve product design, development, and improvement projects
  • Participate in R&D activities, testing, troubleshooting, and prototype development
  • Create and revise 3D models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks
  • Work closely with welding, fabrication, machining, and assembly teams
  • Assist with material selection based on service conditions and application requirements
  • Support manufacturing troubleshooting and day-to-day engineering problem-solving
  • Prepare engineering documentation including drawings, BOMs, technical reports, and specifications
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and sales teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, reliability enhancement, and cost-reduction initiatives Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience preferred
  • Experience with SolidWorks CAD software
  • Familiarity with welding, fabrication, machining, and manufacturing processes
  • Valve industry or industrial equipment experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of materials, pressure-containing components, and manufacturing methods
  • Hands-on mindset with willingness to work closely with shop operations
  • Knowledge of ASME/API standards is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Education LevelBachelor's Degree or equivalent Experience Level3-5 years Benefits
