JOB TITLE: Talent Partner 4
LOCATION: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
PAY RANGE: $53 - $63/hr.
DURATION: 6 Months
TOP 3 SKILLS:
- 0–3 years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting, with exposure to full-cycle recruiting preferred but not required
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent searches (10+ roles) while identifying, prospecting, and presenting top candidate shortlists
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, conduct research, and confidently engage passive candidates through networking and sourcing channels

Duties:
- Your time will primarily be in these three areas of Candidate Generation:
- Candidate Identification and Qualification – 80 percent
- Business Acumen and Market Research – 10 percent
- Operational Excellence – 10 percent
- Work cross-functionally to gain depth of knowledge about the business while networking with experts in their field
- Identify, prospect, and present a short-list of exceptional candidates to respective Talent Partners
- Will concurrently scout on 10 or more critical searches at one time at various phases of the recruiting cycle
- Make recommendations to Recruiting Partners and Hiring Managers about the competitive landscape, supported by your respective research and market data
- Market and advertise critical roles on external sites, blogs, user groups, and social networks
- Ensure a steady stream of talent regardless of whether a critical vacancy is approved or not; all-the-time recruiting versus just-in-time
- Positioning as an employer of choice compared to our competition
- Must be articulate and confident when presenting opportunities to passive candidates and defining position in the market
Skills:
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Build trust with others by being consistent, making and keeping commitments, protecting confidences, and treating others with respect
- Handle rejection well; overcome objections and determine the best course of action
- Confident in networking; ability to build relationships with prospective candidates and organizations
- Inquisitive; you are intellectually curious and want to know the right answers and ask the right questions
- Flexible and positive attitude; calm under pressure
- 0-3 or more years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting. Full-cycle experience preferred but not required
- Strong business acumen and current on market trends
- Current with social technologies and candidate sourcing best practices and techniques
- Proficient in MS Office and Acrobat
