Job Title: Executive Assistant to Head Coach, Coaching Operations
Department: Basketball Operations
Reports to: Head Coach, Basketball Operations
Manages: N/A
Position Summary: Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Head Coach and all members of the coaching staff, streamline coaching operations, coordinate team logistics & schedules and act as a central point of contact between coaching, front office, players, comms/PR and all other departments. Ensure the Head Coach can focus on performance, game preparation, and player development by managing calendars, communications, and operational details with discretion and efficiency.
Essential Functions (Duties & Responsibilities**):
Previous Experience: Two to three years of work experience required. Experience working in entertainment, with high profile celebrities and clients, VIPs, and professional athletes preferred.
Technology Capabilities: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Location: El Segundo (offices M-F), and other occasional off-site events
Travel: TBD
Hours: Regular office hours (9am-5:30pm M-F), plus overtime is mandatory; must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Essential Functions (Duties & Responsibilities**):
- Executive support
- Manage the Head Coach’s calendar, assist with scheduling practices, meetings, media, personal travel, and all appointments
- Create weekly and daily memos
- Sending out all monthly and weekly schedules; assist with sending out daily schedules
- Handle all tickets and passes for home and away games for all coaching staff – including Head Coach
- Assist with timing of practice and coaching meetings
- Organize game day Crypto Walk-Thru with arena staff
- Assist with on bench attire for coaches for home and away games
- Support in-game and practice-day operations
- Communicate with coaching staff in an appropriate and timely manner via text, teams, email & cell as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Head Coach / Coaching staff and all other departments.
- Communicate / coordinate closely with medical staff on player health updates
- Manage relationships and scheduling with agents, family members, and external partners as required.
- Manage expense reporting, invoices, and departmental purchasing requests.
- Oversee confidential personnel documents, meeting notes, and performance-related records.
- Support special projects (e.g., coaching events, clinics, community appearances, etc.)
- Implement and maintain systems/processes that improve operational efficiency for the coaching staff.
- Organize and plan annual coaches’ retreat, team dinners, reservations, etc. as needed
- Responsibilities subject to change based on organizational needs and direction from management.

- Ability to represent the Head Coach and Lakers organization
- Demonstrated ability to act with the utmost discretion and professionalism
