Summary Statement
As the Social Media Manager for Resorts World Las Vegas, you will be responsible for implementing the overall social media strategy for the resort. Your role will involve developing strategic plans that disrupt the market and introduce innovative approaches to social media marketing, positioning us competitively alongside other luxury Fortune 500 brands beyond the hospitality sector.

As the Social Media Manager for Resorts World Las Vegas, you will be responsible for implementing the overall social media strategy for the resort. Your role will involve developing strategic plans that disrupt the market and introduce innovative approaches to social media marketing, positioning us competitively alongside other luxury Fortune 500 brands beyond the hospitality sector.
Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:
- Report to and collaborate closely with the Senior Manager to develop Resorts World Las Vegas’ social media strategies from content ideation and development to execution and engagement.
- Proficient in copywriting and ability to create and manage design teams for daily content in the format of Instagram Stories, vertical video, and other content types.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute photo and video shoots in collaboration with internal teams, agency partners, and on-property stakeholders, ensuring all production aligns with brand standards, timelines, and business objectives.
- Manage daily content capture & scheduling, community management and guest care across resort channels.
- Develop and manage monthly campaigns and other reporting needs to leverage data and insights that help optimize strategy.
- Monitor the resort’s social reputation with ability to perform crisis management and escalate issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver social media promotions, plans, and timelines to support business objectives.
- Stay apprised of industry advancements within the social media landscape and revise channel strategy based on impact.
- Clearly communicate and translate creative concepts into actionable direction that aligns with Resorts World Las Vegas’ luxury positioning, ensuring cohesive storytelling across social platforms.
- Ability to execute influencer programs and familiarity with managing against all FTC guidelines and regulations.
- Cultivate and manage communication with property liaisons and grow collaborative partner relationships.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Experience with working within enterprise social media monitoring platforms such as Microsoft Suite, Upfluence, Sprout, Adobe, etc.
- Managing multiple complex organic social campaigns across multiple brands, simultaneously.
- Proficient in social media channels, specifically Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
- Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and photography skills a plus.
- Project management skills that enable the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to successfully mentor a team.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge and experience leveraging social media in support of larger integrated brand campaigns within hospitality, entertainment, or luxury sector.
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience within social media marketing and online community or a related operational area/field.
- Minimum of three years of related operational management experience at a similar leadership level.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
