Field Recruitment Coordinator
Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Recruitment Coordinator. This position will be based in our operations services center, part of our exciting corporate campus in Hummelstown, PA.
The Field Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for field positions by reviewing applications, screening candidates, and completing all full life cycle in a high velocity work environment. This role supports assigned Crew Member requisitions while consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly crew members hiring performance metrics across Flagger Force markets.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including hiring stages, candidate engagement, notes, and application demographic updates.
- Respond to candidate inquiries by returning text messages, voicemails, and assigned emails from the shared inbox within established timelines.
- Review application records and conduct screening calls with Crew Member candidates to assess qualifications and job suitability.
- Monitor and answer Recruiting Support Contact Center inbound calls within established service-level timeframes.
- Resolve candidate issues and inquiries—including scheduling requests, application updates, and rehire status—through the Recruiting Support Contact Center phone system.
- Support rehire requests, mentor program tasks, and experienced flagging reviews in partnership with field and recruiting leadership teams for necessary approvals.
- Launch pre-hire onboarding paperwork for Crew Member candidates and validate accuracy and completion prior to scheduling New Hire Orientation (NHO).
- Schedule reminder messages to all crew member candidates confirmed for upcoming NHO.
- Deliver timely and accurate new hire orientation projections, attendance updates, and hire numbers to Recruitment and Field leadership teams.
- Participate in meetings with leadership to review recruiting resources, strategies, and process improvements.
- Research and schedule remote New Hire Orientation remote locations w/employment centers and local hotels
- Collaborate with all team members to promote and enhance team performance and culture.
- Stay current on departmental and company policy and procedural changes.

- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
- 1+ year of customer service experience in an office or call center environment
- 1 + year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc)
- Steel toed boots or the ability to obtain prior to employment
- Attend and successfully complete Crew Member Training (CMT) and apply knowledge to job
- Associate's degree
- Experience in agency or high-volume recruiting
- Previous experience working with iCIMS or similar ATS system
- Experience with High Volume order or call center systems (Dialpad etc.)
