Role Overview

As a Generative AI Tuning Specialist, you will enhance and deploy generative AI models for real-world applications. You’ll work on fine-tuning models, preprocessing large datasets, and optimizing performance to ensure scalability and seamless deployment. Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced machine learning techniques to develop and fine-tune generative AI models for specific use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare, clean, and preprocess large-scale datasets for model training.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and architectures to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Optimize models for real-time inference and scalability, ensuring efficient deployment across platforms.
• Experiment with hyperparameters and model configurations to enhance the quality and output of generative AI solutions.
• Stay current with industry advancements in generative AI to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Provide technical expertise to integrate generative AI solutions into products and services.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proven experience in fine-tuning and optimizing generative AI models (e.g., GANs, diffusion models, LLMs).
• Familiarity with data preprocessing for NLP, computer vision, or multimodal applications.
• Solid understanding of hyperparameter tuning, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment tools for scaling AI solutions.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git and experiment tracking tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for exploring innovative AI techniques.
