About the role:
The primary goal for this role is to establish brand awareness and
connect with BCBAs in Intellistars ABA service areas while driving recruitment success. This includes hitting hiring targets, creating meaningful connections within the BCBA community, and strategically positioning Intellistars as a top employer in the region.

About the role:
The primary goal for this role is to establish brand awareness and
connect with BCBAs in Intellistars ABA service areas while driving recruitment success. This includes hitting hiring targets, creating meaningful connections within the BCBA community, and strategically positioning Intellistars as a top employer in the region.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs
- Direct communication with candidates via calls, texts, and emails, while logging all activity in the CRM.
- Build presence on forums using company and personal pages to connect with BCBA professionals.
- Source candidates using various tools such as job boards, social media, team
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications for the
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless transition to onboarding through accepting clients.
- Follow and adjust, where necessary, a recruitment strategy for each opening
- Prioritize openings based on timeline as well as candidate pipeline
- Maintain up to date candidate records
- Communicate in a timely manner to candidates and hiring managers and ensure a positive interviewing experience
- Travel to ABA Therapy conferences and recruitment trainings to support recruitment initiatives
- Organize and host recruitment events in collaboration with the marketing team to build brand awareness and connect BCBAs to Intellistars
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience in the behavioral health field; ideally experience recruiting BCBAs in the ABA Therapy field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Strong organization skills and time management
- Ability to travel once per quarter
