Job Function

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Partner with account managers to understand client needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer.
Track activity and performance metrics in ATS/CRM systems.

Job Requirements

December 2025 or Spring 2025 graduates.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
Curiosity, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed.
Genuine interest in sales, human resources, or talent acquisition.
