Part Time Corporate Recruiter
WingSwept is an award-winning, employee-owned technology service provider seeking a Corporate Recruiter to drive the recruitment and onboarding of new employees. This is a brand new, part-time position within our growing company! Compensation for this position includes a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including employee stock ownership, profit sharing, and a fully-vested 401(k) with matching contributions. While this position is fully in-office, it offers a high degree of schedule flexibility. You are able to set your own schedule as long as you're able to get the job done.

The Responsibilities Of The Position May Include
- Work with executives and hiring managers to gain and maintain understanding of competencies and other requirements for various roles in the organization
- Actively seek out and develop relationships with candidates who are qualified for positions we will hire for in the future
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and foster their interest in working at WingSwept
- Master the ATS software
- Facilitate steps in the recruitment/hiring/interview process for open positions and work with hiring managers to keep the process moving
- Maintain a high standard for candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Act as a brand ambassador
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and prospective employees while representing and promoting our core values
- Represent WingSwept at career fairs and networking events
- Partner with marketing team to promote WingSwept’s employer brand
- Gain and maintain understanding of WingSwept’s benefit offerings and be able to explain to candidates
- Administer assessments for candidates as needed during the interview process
- Other duties as assigned, including assisting with onboarding process as needed

- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- At least two years of previous recruiting experience is required
- Must be willing and able to face the challenge of reaching out to candidates who are not yet looking and fostering interest in jobs that are not yet open
- High school diploma, at least two years of secondary education preferred
- Must be able to work 15-25 hours per work week from either our Garner, NC or Chantilly VA office, with occasional travel to other office as needed
- Exceptional computer skills on Microsoft based clients
- Strong understanding and methodology of passive recruitment function, including sales-related aspects, cold-calling, and relationship building
- Good verbal and written communication skills for interactions with candidates and coworkers on a daily basis
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, thirsty for knowledge, able to work independently, and determined to get the job done
