Location: Hybrid in Franklin, MA (Not eligible for fully remote)

Job Summary

The Full-Cycle Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from initial requisition to candidate onboarding. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand talent needs, source qualified candidates, conduct assessments, and ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled at building relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing candidates, vetting resumes, and conducting screenings, intake calls, virtual interviews and proactive follow-up through calls, emails, and messaging with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure consistent communication and progress throughout the hiring process
  • Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, indeed, job boards, referrals) to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future openings.
  • Proactively target passive candidates using advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Administer assessments or coordinate technical evaluations as needed.
  • Schedule interviews while ensuring an efficient, professional, and candidate-friendly process.
  • Prepare hiring managers with candidate briefs and recommended interview questions.
  • Collect interview feedback and facilitate decision-making discussions.
  • Extend offers and guide candidates through the acceptance process.
  • Initiate background checks, drug screenings and complete additional screenings as needed such as reference checks.
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are met during background checks and pre-employment steps.
  • Conduct first-day onsite New Hire Orientation, ensuring new hires have a smooth, welcoming start.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to prepare onboarding materials, system access, and workspace setup.
  • Serve as the primary contact for new employees during the transition from candidate to employee.
  • Ensure all pre-employment, compliance, and onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all applicants, including interview notes and feedback from hiring managers.
  • Provide weekly hiring metrics, pipeline updates, and recruiting insights to Recruitment Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) and recruitment policies.
  • Provide onsite HR support as needed, including assistance during Open Enrollment, employee engagement activities, and recognition events
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
  • Demonstrated ability to source and recruit for a wide range of roles.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience with ATS systems (Paylocity Highly preferred.).
  • Experience working with job boards like LinkedIn and indeed.

Skills And Competencies

  • Bilingual in english and spanish is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment law in general.
  • Excellent observation, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Physical Requirements And Working Conditions

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Continuous use of computers and other office equipment.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% to facilitate job fairs or similar hiring events at other facilities.
  • Ability to lift and carry items, such as boxes of materials or event supplies.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, especially during events or facilitating presentations.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Salary Description

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly
