Salary*: $110,000 - $120,000.00/annualized
Location: 14801 Califa St Van Nuys, CA 91411 (HQ), Must be based in Los Angeles
Schedule*: Hybrid, Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, source, and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media,
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write clear and compelling job descriptions that reflect the brand's ethos and
- Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications,
- Schedule interviews, provide timely feedback to candidates, and ensure a smooth and efficient interview process
- Manage offer processes with support of internal partners, including compensation discussions, offer letters, and
- Partner with HR during the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are set up for success from day one,
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Own and project manage the Applicant Tracking System, and ensure best practices to reach hiring goals.
- Stay current on industry trends and talent market insights within the premium fashion industry to inform
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on both immediate
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices, market trends, and optimizing
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates by providing timely communication, feedback, and
- Track, measure, and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality and candidate
Employer Branding
- Represent Dôen with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring that candidates understand and appreciate our
- Partner with the Content Team to promote job openings through various social media platforms and other
Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of
- Collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously refine and improve recruitment practices.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter,
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members of different backgrounds and skill sets.
- A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiatives and exercise discretion and good judgment.
- Ability to prioritize competing projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Action oriented and results driven.
- BA degree or equivalent work experience & education.
- Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation
- Periods sitting at a desk, typing and working on a computer
- Able to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25 lbs
- Able to walk, sit and stand for periods of time
- Able to operate equipment such as computers and phones
- Must be able to access various areas of a given location
- Compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
- The hybrid model may be rescinded at any time due to business needs or the company’s discretion.
