We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Campus Recruiter to support university hiring efforts and early-career recruitment strategies. In this role, you will act as an ambassador for the organization at targeted schools, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to meet ongoing talent needs. This is a high-impact position that requires exceptional communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company as an employer of choice at selected local and regional universities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, including internships, co-ops, and early-career full-time roles.
- Source and build strong pipelines for both technical and non-technical candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule phone screens and video interviews.
- Attend and represent the company at campus events, career fairs, and virtual tech talks.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and oversee candidate selection processes.
- Collaborate with HR Global Services on post-offer and onboarding activities.
- Support additional recruitment duties and special projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years of campus recruiting experience, including exposure to internship and co-op hiring.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport.
- High attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Experience recruiting engineering students, ideally electrical engineering talent.
- Exposure to technology, semiconductor, or electrical hardware industries.
- Experience recruiting graduate-level students (MBA, MS, PhD).
- Familiarity with Handshake or other campus recruiting platforms.
- Experience working with international students and understanding of CPT/OPT sponsorship guidelines.
