Opening this fall, FOLK is a new cocktail bar from the team behind LORE, led by Executive Chef and Bib Gourmand honoree Jay Kumar. With a balance of neighborhood warmth and refined hospitality, FOLK celebrates the people who shape the community and make New York City extraordinary.

We are seeking passionate, hospitality-driven Servers to join our opening team. Our food and beverage program highlights seasonal cocktails, thoughtful wines, and approachable plates, and we’re looking for individuals who can bring this vision to life at the guest experience level. As the primary point of contact with our guests, Servers embody our values of warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm, ensuring every visit feels both welcoming and memorable.

Requirements**
Strong knowledge of food, wine and, of course, cocktails (with willingness to continually learn)
2-3 years of serving experience in a high-volume or high-touch setting
Full time positions that require evening and weekend availability
Exceptional social skills; organized, detail oriented and kind
