We are seeking a dynamic and motivated National Roofing Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves driving sales of our roofing maintenance services across the nation, managing customer relationships, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the roofing industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated National Roofing Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves driving sales of our roofing maintenance services across the nation, managing customer relationships, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the roofing industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets on a national level.
- Identify and generate leads through networking, industry events, and outreach.
- Present roofing maintenance solutions to potential clients and conduct product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows as a representative of the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and maintenance.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
