Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in shaping the first impression of our organization. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills and exceptional organizational abilities.

Job: Full time

Salary Range: $15.00 – $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and transfer phone calls while providing accurate information to callers
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff
  • Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records and logs

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
