Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on products and services

- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to address challenging customer concerns
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure
