The Mickey & Friends Graphic Design & Branding Intern is responsible for crafting and producing Graphic Design assets from concept to final artwork. Will focus on licensing creative style guide development for the Mickey & Friends for Consumer Products. The Graphic Design Intern will be part of a larger team crafting multiple style guides each season in support of Licensing business strategies!
This is a 6 month Internship from January-June 2026 with full-time commitment in the Glendale, CA area.

The Mickey & Friends Graphic Design & Branding Intern is responsible for crafting and producing Graphic Design assets from concept to final artwork. Will focus on licensing creative style guide development for the Mickey & Friends for Consumer Products. The Graphic Design Intern will be part of a larger team crafting multiple style guides each season in support of Licensing business strategies!

What You Will Do:
- Develop Graphic Design & Branding for licensing creative style guides and portfolios across the Mickey & Friends franchise. Design assets include graphics, patterns, and icons.
- Build POV boards to set direction and tone for style guide projects
- Provide direction and collaborate with the editorial and character art teams
- Prepare keynotes and present POV boards and designs
- Create designs and product mockups for pitch deck presentations
- Complete file production cleanup for final art delivery
- Maintain Graphic Design standards that meet brand guidelines and strategies
- Proficiency in graphic design, layout, typography and color theory skills
- Proven strength in traditional and digital drawing skills
- Strong creative vision and awareness of fashion and market trends across all demographics (all family, young adult, gen z, tween, kids)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects meeting tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Keynote

- Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art and Design, Illustration or other related fields
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- Fully available during regular business hours from Monday-Friday, for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
- Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Glendale, CA area
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
