Financial statement issuance and analysis

Payroll experience with Prevailing Wage, Union Contracts, and Certified Payroll Reporting

4 year degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.

5 years or more of experience managing accounting related positions

Responsibilities:

Budgeting

Payroll oversight and back up, including Prevailing Wage and Certified Payroll Reporting.

Financial Reporting

Accounts Receivable cash application, adjustments, credit management

Accounts Payable oversight and back up

Commission advances, payouts, and accruals

Position Requirements:

Expert proficiency in Excel
