Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify local and regional events to drive community engagement and brand awareness
• Negotiate and secure booth space, ensuring all event logistics are handled
• Build and manage an annual calendar of events
• Recruit, hire, and train a team of outgoing Event Demonstrators
• Manage event staffing schedules and oversee in-field participation
• Coordinate booth setup, teardown, and logistics
• Engage with event attendees to book in-home consultations and generate leads
• Collect, track, and follow up on contest entries to convert interest into appointments
• Analyze and report on event ROI and lead performance

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Exceptional planning and organizational abilities
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
