We are looking for an Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This person will work with a colleague to support the Executive Team to lead this organization in support of our mission.
In This Role You Will
- The team of Executive Administrative Coordinators interfaces with the Board of Directors, staff, visitors, and vendors for the Executive Team members. Other duties include maintaining schedules for the team, handling correspondence, mailings, spreadsheets, coordinating travel and organizing visits from outside agencies. The Executive Team includes the CEO, the Chief of Staff, the Chief Medical Officer, the Chief Behavioral Health Office, the Chief People Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Operations Officer, and the Chief Compliance Officer. Working as a team, the roles and responsibilities for the Executive Administrative Coordinators will be clear. At the same time, they can support one another and grow professionally in these roles
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- At least five years’ experience in comparable position, preferably in a health care environment.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Ability to work alone or with a team on a broad variety of tasks.
- Ability to prioritize, keep meticulous records, attention to detail, and follow-up.
- Ability to deal discreetly with confidential matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office computer applications.
- Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience
- Notary Public or willing to become certified.
