Pay will range from $75,000 to $125,000 a year DOE.

The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and managing a team of technicians to efficiently and effectively complete equipment repairs and maintenance.

The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and managing a team of technicians to efficiently and effectively complete equipment repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
- Ensures that all service technicians are properly trained and equipped to perform their job duties
- Monitor and maintain the repair and maintenance schedules for all equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction with service provided.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.
- Manage inventory and ordering of parts and supplies for the service department.
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advances in equipment technology.
- Work Closely with Service advisors, supporting, training and working with the advisors on warranty and extended warranty.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the equipment industry .
- High School diploma or equivalent, with technical training or certification preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office and equipment service programs.
- Knowledge of ag equipment and their maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
