Graphic Design Intern

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Graphic Design Intern to assist our Marketing content team in streamlining the production of innovative and strategic marketing, communications, and branding solutions. This part-time position requires a maximum of 24 hours per week with in-office attendance required Monday through Wednesday.
Position Responsibilities- Other duties may be assigned:
- Production Support: Assist the content team in improving production turnaround times for assigned design projects
- Creative Development: Contribute to marketing programs, creative concepts, campaigns, and promotional strategies for both inbound and traditional outbound marketing activities
- Design Execution: Using brand standards and direction from the Senior Graphic Designer, produce layouts for print and web using Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, or Drupal
- File Preparation: Prepare digital artwork files to appropriate specifications for final distribution
- Brand Compliance: Ensure adherence to ALLDATA brand standards and guidelines across all mediums with meticulous attention to detail
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with media trends, design best practices, and creative platforms (audio, video, photography)
- Collaboration: Work independently while taking direction effectively and contribute feedback and suggestions as a team member
Position Requirements:
- Current design portfolio demonstrating competency, consistency, and creativity across multiple media platforms
- Working/Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software
- Working/Advanced knowledge of HTML and web software tools
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong graphic, conceptual, and technical design skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strong collaborative skills in a team environment
- Proficiency with Mac platforms
- Working knowledge of print production and digital marketing communications
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for video editing/creation preferred
- Experience designing within Marketing Automation Tools such as Act-On, HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, MailChimp, or similar platforms preferred
- Experience with Drupal content management system preferred
The salary range for this position is $17 - $24/hour.
