Summary

In this role, you will perform analyses, data management, and research with minimal oversight to support business objectives. You will interpret trends, regulatory changes, and forecasts, and anticipate their impact on the company. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely insights, develop dashboards and reports, and explore opportunities to apply advanced analytics and automation to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant data sources and incorporate business drivers into analysis.
• Define requirements and build dashboards and reports for effective information sharing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Prepare analysis and recommendations that align with client needs and communicate outcomes clearly.
• Present recommendations to management and provide guidance on alternative solutions.
• Develop and maintain data sets, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Apply AI models and automation to analytics tasks to enhance efficiency.
• Streamline and automate recurring reporting processes.
• Stay current with trends in analytics, AI, and data visualization to propose new solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet solutions.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with large data sets and ensuring data quality.
• Familiarity with AI models and automation tools preferred.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel.
  
  

Estimated Hiring Range

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
