Regional Director, Corporate Sales

The Regional Director of Corporate Sales is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and building strong client relationships. The Regional Director of Corporate Sales plays a major role in identifying market trends and opportunities to achieve business objectives in addition to having a key role in developing existing relationships with our current corporate accounts and managing a portfolio of new accounts. This role requires the Regional Director of Corporate Sales to successfully retain and grow existing accounts, drive sales, and increase memberships.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Partners to develop impactful sales materials and promotional content.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions with the sales team.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and mutual success.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
