Pay for this position is $17.14/hour. This is an Hourly position.

Overview

This job is located in Peoria, IL

One 12 Hour Shift Every Other Week

3rd shift- 6pm to 6:30am.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Health Care Assistant is a member of a collaborative team who is responsible for providing communication and information management to a diverse population of critically, chronically ill patients across the Ministry in a technological environment. The Assistant performs a variety of both complex and routine clerical and support duties. Coordinates with clinical team members as appropriate in facilitating the treatment of patients. Provides proactive monitoring, prevention, early intervention and ongoing communication with the goal to optimize quality of life for the patient at home through access to healthcare.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School/GED Experience: 1 year of clerical experience in a healthcare environment Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Other requirements/information: Proficient in EMR and electronic communications
